Our exclusive online program offers a range of effective workouts and mindfulness practices that fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyle. We also pre-record all of our live sessions and post daily so that you can watch the ones you missed at a time most convenient for you. Our goal is to make mindful exercise and nourishing conversation easy and manageable for women 40+ in a safe environment of like-minded individuals.

1) Reserve All Judgement

"I will not judge myself or others"

Uplift is a place for love in a likeminded community. It is important to remember that we don't participate Uplift sessions to judge ourselves or those in front of us. Whether you come at 60% or at 110%, we are just grateful you showed up and contributed your light to our growing community.

From Uplift staff to you. from you to each other, and most importantly, from you to yourself we agree to Reserve All Judgement.

2) No Repercussions

"What happens in UPLIFT, stays in UPLIFT"

We facilitate a mindfulness conversation at the end of each and every workout session. Although there are many, many laughs and smiles throughout our discussions, we often hold space for very serious topics which evoke very real, raw and unavoidable emotion. We need to ensure the mental safety of everyone by agreeing to reference someone else's input ONLY if it will Uplift that persons' spirits and/or add value to the conversation. All other negative thoughts and judgments can be voiced in your head and not aloud. Thank you in advance for helping keep our community safe.

3) Unconditional Love

We love you even on your worst day and we ask each member of our community to do the same. We are all brought together for a reason and no matter what that reason is for you, let's embrace our neighbors as our own as they evolve and grow in their own fitness and mindfulness journey.
